The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) characterized flood sediment samples collected in the greater New Orleans area after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in September and October 2005. The dataset contains data from 25 samples collected from 11 localities around downtown New Orleans, Chalmette, Slidell, Rigolets, and Violet. The characterization studies aim to produce data on how sediments and contained contaminants may respond to environmental processes for use by cleanup managers and scientists.
93,728 square kilometers of Tahltan territory, representing 11.4% of British Columbia, are documented in this atlas. The project, organized by the Tahltan Nation, maps ecological diversity across 8 biogeoclimatic zones and the headwaters of major North American rivers. It is an ongoing effort to incorporate cultural themes and community knowledge.
SENEGAL8.IMG is a raster model of Senegal's administrative units created in April 1987. The model was developed by UNEP/GRID-Geneva in cooperation with the Catholic University of Louvain and its Center for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters (CRED) as part of the CISFAM project. It is stored in the IDRISI format with a Platte-Carree projection resampled to lat/lon.
Delta14C measurements from laboratory soil incubations of active layer soils collected in Utqiagvik, Alaska. The dataset includes CO2 production rates and carbon and nitrogen concentrations from samples taken across high-centered, flat-centered, and low-centered polygons. This data was produced by the Next-Generation Ecosystem Experiments: Arctic (NGEE Arctic), a 10-year Department of Energy research effort (2012-2022) to improve Earth System Models.
Sterols in Antarctic sediments from the Schollaert Drift can be used to date sediment horizons, but 26 of 38 analyzed samples contained less than 0.05 ppm sterols, a major problem for dating older targets. This dataset from NASA EarthData contains radiocarbon ages of sterols and total organic carbon from Weddell Sea and Gerlache Strait sediments. It was produced by the organization SCIOPS for integration with oceanographic and sedimentological studies.
Radiocarbon ages derived from organic carbon bound within diatom frustules extracted from Southern Ocean sediment cores. The data was generated using accelerator mass spectrometry at the National Ocean Sciences Accelerator Mass Spectrometry Facility, supported by a US National Science Foundation grant and a collaboration where French researchers provided approximately 65% of the samples. Results indicate diatoms are often transported, making their bound organic carbon substantially older than the surrounding sediment horizon.
Weekly status reports from the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) platform, compiled into a database by the Scripps Center for Coastal Studies. The data includes measurements from downward-looking Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) deployed on six NDBC buoys. The collection is part of the Scripps 'Data Zoo', an online database funded by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
NASA's Terra MODIS satellite provides calibrated at-aperture radiances for 29 spectral bands at 1000-meter resolution. Each data granule represents a 5-minute swath with image dimensions of 2,030 lines by 1,354 samples. The version 7.0 collection is maintained by LAADS and its data record begins on July 4, 2002.
MYD021KM provides 1000-meter calibrated at-aperture radiances for 29 spectral bands from the Aqua MODIS instrument. Each 5-minute swath granule has image dimensions of 2,030 lines by 1,354 samples. The dataset is produced by NASA's LAADS and the v7.0 collection's data record starts from July 4, 2002.
Over 15 years of continuous atmospheric measurements began in October 2006 at the Cape Verde Atmospheric Observatory. The dataset includes concentrations of halocarbons, aerosols, methane, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and other trace gases. It is maintained by researchers from SCIOPS.
925 documented rock fall and landslide events spanning the period 1857 to 2011. This inventory database was created for Yosemite National Park, California, detailing event characteristics and impacts. The data is accompanied by a report describing the database structure and event narratives.
Subglacial Lake Whillans (SLW) in Antarctica provides gene data for microbial sulfur transformations in sediment cores up to 34 cm deep. The dataset includes sequences for key genes like APS reductase and rDSR, supporting analysis of sulfur oxidation and reduction pathways. It was produced by the SCIOPS organization using samples from this unique Antarctic subglacial environment.
EDEN Grid Shapefile provides a 400-meter resolution sampling grid covering the South Florida study area. The grid contains 253,125 cells arranged in 675 rows and 375 columns, designed by the Everglades Depth Estimation Network for long-term environmental analysis. Its origin and extent were selected to cover existing Airborne Height Finder data and regions relevant to Everglades restoration.
3,571 inorganic crystal compounds with experimental bandgap values. Each entry includes Crystallographic Information File (CIF) structures and is characterized by Magpie and X-ray diffraction (XRD) features. The dataset is provided with ready-made splits for machine learning tasks.
A research paper authored by Mehrsa Bakhtiyari from Tehran Markaz Azad University. The paper's topic is organizational conflict management. It is available under an Open Access license via the paperswithcode platform.
Pre-built Python wheels for ninja, flash-linear-attention, and causal-conv1d compiled for modern NVIDIA GPUs, authored by Feargal and last updated on April 11, 2026. This collection is organized to help developers bypass resource-intensive C++ compilation times in CI/CD pipelines and Docker builds. The dataset is open-sourced and hosted on the Hugging Face platform.
Veterans Affairs Canada's Accessibility Action Plan outlines departmental goals across eight areas defined by the Accessible Canada Act, including employment, the built environment, and ICT. The document includes a results framework, consultation findings, and actions remaining from a 2024 progress report. It was published by Veterans Affairs Canada and last updated in February 2026.
New York City's Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) provides this dataset of closed administrative law cases adjudicated by its Trials Division. The dataset includes a diverse range of matters such as civil service discipline, contract disputes, license revocations, and consumer protection law violations. It contains cases where an Administrative Law Judge has issued a decision, with some being final and others recommended for final agency action.
Vector line and polygon data for Lake Michigan, classified according to the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) system. The data characterize shoreline habitats, sensitive biological resources, and human-use resources by their sensitivity to spilled oil. The data sets are produced by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce.
Vector lines and polygons represent coastal hydrography for Lake Michigan. These data characterize shoreline, biological, and human-use resources by their sensitivity to oil spills. The data are a component of the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) produced by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
