20th Century Antarctic Climate Reconstructions from Single-Proxy Data Assimilation

Four sets of annually resolved reconstructions for zonal wind, sea-level pressure, and surface temperature anomalies around Antarctica from 1900 to 2005 CE. The data were generated by Gemma K. O’Connor of the University of Washington using the Last Millennium Reanalysis data assimilation framework, assimilating either ice core or coral proxy records. Each reconstruction provides ensemble means from 100 members, with anomalies referenced to the 1961-1990 period.
