This dataset contains 668.1 KB of DOCX and XLS files describing a bone marrow-targeting nanosystem (CSF1R-H) for treating hematologic malignancies. The nanosystem uses hematopoietic stem cell-derived nanovesicles with gripper ligands and encapsulated colony-stimulating factor to target tumor cells and activate NK cells. Therapeutic efficacy was validated in mouse models of AML and MM, showing improved bone marrow microenvironment and relapse prevention.
Files are in DOCX and XLS formats; may require conversion for analysis. Dataset size is small (668.1 KB), suggesting limited data volume.
