Description
A three-dimensional Cultural Impact Assessment framework developed within the Horizon Europe HL-EXURB project. The framework, created by G. Sanul Diner, analyzes socio-spatial, socio-ecological, and socio-economic impacts of creative ex-urban practitioners. It was developed through ethnographic and digital research conducted in Akyaka, Turkey, between 2024 and 2025.
Use Cases
Assess place-making processes based on the socio-spatial dimension of the framework.
Analyze the reshaping of culture-ecology relations based on the socio-ecological dimension.
Evaluate local collaboration and livelihoods based on the socio-economic dimension.
