Description
England's daily COVID-19 case data across 149 Upper Tier Local Authority areas, converted into infection metrics. The dataset, created by Mike Stedman of the Concord Consortium, includes calculated Average Daily Infection Rates, R-values, and Rates of Change of Infection Rate to analyze lockdown effects up to April 2020. It was used to model unreported community infection and population immunity levels.
