1,764 N-phosphorylation sites (493 pHis, 714 pLys, 557 pArg) were identified in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells using a potassium phosphoramidate-based mass spectrometry strategy. The dataset was created by Yuqiu Wang and published on figshare in April 2026. 85% of the identified sites are novel and not previously reported.
