N-Phosphoproteome of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma with 1,764 Novel Sites

A mass spectrometry dataset profiling noncanonical protein N-phosphorylation sites in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The dataset contains 493 pHis, 714 pLys, and 557 pArg sites, 85% of which are novel. It was generated by Yuqiu Wang using a potassium phosphoramidate-based library data-independent acquisition (PAlibDIA) method and uploaded to figshare in April 2026.
