Immunological and Gut-Brain-Axis Data for Predicting MS Treatment Response

81 patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis were included in a two-year prospective study. The dataset contains results from 16s-23s interspace profiling of fecal and oral samples, CyTOF analysis, and patient response status to cladribine tablets. Data was collected at baseline and after 3, 12, and 24 months by J. van Pamelen.
