Autoantibody Profiles Before and After Heterologous COVID-19 Vaccination

Aini Syahida Mat Yassim published longitudinal proteome-wide autoantibody data from 30 healthy adults receiving a heterologous CoronaVac–BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccination regimen. Paired serum samples collected pre-vaccination and 26 weeks post-booster were analyzed using a protein microarray measuring IgG reactivity against 1,610 human antigens. The dataset includes high-confidence measurements for 534 autoantigens and provides evidence for the immunological stability of the autoantibody repertoire following mixed-platform vaccination.
