2012 temporal coverage. This dataset contains modelled habitat patches for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) region, identified through an effective habitat area analysis using 15m grid cells. The ACT connectivity mapping was undertaken by the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, building upon a report by the Fenner School of Environment and Society, Australian National University. Patches are defined by polygons that include adjoining grid cells in the highest 20% for spatial context, categorized by size.
