Description
Additional file 2 from a study on duck folliculogenesis provides 12 supplementary tables in a 9.8 MB XLSX file. The data includes RNA-seq sample sequences, CUT&Tag and ATAC-seq quality summaries, differential gene expression counts, chromatin state coverage, and predicted transcription factor interactions.
