Differentially Expressed Genes in Endothelial Monogenic Diabetes Model

Additional file 2 provides a list of differentially expressed genes from an endothelial cell model of monogenic diabetes, including log2fold change and adjusted p-values. The dataset, created by Dawid Skoczek, is available as a searchable Excel file and was last updated in April 2026. It contains genes identified for subsequent Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA).
