Description
115 'screened flocks' from a Polish broiler production case study. The dataset, authored by Camille Delavenne and last updated in April 2026, is an Excel workbook containing six worksheets with results on lesion frequencies, bacterial taxa, IBV strain circulation, and hierarchical cluster analyses for quantitative and qualitative variables.
Use Cases
Analyzing the frequency and co-occurrence of necropsy lesions based on the dedicated worksheet.
Modeling bacterial community composition and prevalence based on the bacterial taxa worksheet.
Tracking the circulation patterns of Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) strains across flocks.
Conducting hierarchical cluster analysis on quantitative and qualitative health variables as described in the results worksheets.
Strengths
Data is structured in a 90.8 KB Excel workbook with six clearly organized worksheets.
Includes results for 115 distinct broiler flocks, providing a specific sample size.
Contains both frequency data and results from hierarchical cluster analyses.
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
Row count is unknown, which may limit suitability assessment for large-scale modeling.
Provenance
Source
figshare, authored by Camille Delavenne.
Collection Method
Likely collected from veterinary pathology and laboratory analyses as part of a case study on endemic diseases.
