Real-time thermal infrared band data from the Ocean Color and Temperature Scanner aboard Japan's ADEOS satellite. The sensor captured 12 spectral bands, including thermal infrared, with a 700-meter spatial resolution before the mission ended in 1997. NASDA (now JAXA) produced this Level 1A product, which includes radiometric correction coefficients and geometric correction information for each pixel.
Data is provided in HDF4 format, a legacy standard that may require specific software tools or libraries to read. The 'scene' products may be divided based on sensor tilt angle changes.
