Proteomic Profiles from At-Home Dried Blood Samples for 16 Individuals

Over 800 proteins can be measured in both plasma and dried blood samples from the same donors. The dataset contains SomaScan Assay results and complete blood count (CBC) data from 16 individuals, collected at-home using Tasso M20 devices, and was authored by Weston J. Smith in May 2026. Models generated from this dried blood sample data can more accurately predict complete blood counts than those from plasma.
