AEGIS-X: Chandra X-Ray Point Source Catalog for the Extended Groth Strip

1325 X-ray point sources detected in the AEGIS-X survey, a series of deep Chandra ACIS-I observations covering 0.67 square degrees of the Extended Groth Strip. The catalog was created by NASA HEASARC in February 2009 based on published tables from the Astrophysical Journal. It includes optical and infrared counterpart identifications from DEEP2, CFHTLS, and Spitzer/IRAC surveys.
