Approximately 17,000 km of aeromagnetic data were collected over the Southern Ross Sea and North Victoria Land in Antarctica during the 1990/1991 GANOVEX VI project. The data were sampled every 10 seconds, corresponding to a 500-meter spatial interval, using a PPM Geometics G 811 instrument. The survey was conducted by the organization SCIOPS to study the break-up of Gondwana and the region's geological evolution.
