Description
An evaluation of UNHCR's Community-based Protection and Solutions Programme in 20 Priority Areas of Return and Reintegration in Afghanistan. The assessment, conducted by IMPACT Initiatives in March 2021, used a mixed-method approach, interviewing 2,039 households and 168 key informants. It measured impact across four dimensions: community leadership inclusivity, public services, economic empowerment, and peacebuilding.
