Afghanistan District-Level Risk Indicators and Healthcare Accessibility

HeiGIT produced this dataset of risk assessment indicators for Afghanistan's 2nd-level administrative districts, updated as of March 2026. It aggregates demographic, infrastructure, and flood hazard data from WorldPop, OpenStreetMap, and Google Earth Engine into a single tabular format for disaster resilience analysis.

Use Cases

• Evaluating healthcare accessibility by mapping the access_pop_hospitals_30min column across different provinces
• Identifying vulnerable populations for flood relief using the children_u5 and female_pop demographic fields
