African One Health Networks Overview from 2000 to 2026

African One Health networks are characterized in this database created by the COHESA project. It identifies 28 networks involving African members active between 2000 and 2026, with 16 still active in 2026. The data was compiled by Muriel Figuié of CIRAD based on a literature review and project framework.
