Description
Community-level mycorrhizal colonization data from surveys of European and North-American ecosystems accompanies a submitted manuscript. The 354.8 KB archive includes raw and processed plant community composition tables, species-level colonization data, and metadata. Supplementary R scripts for data preparation, community analysis, trait association tests, and figure creation are provided for full reproducibility.
Use Cases
Analyze community-level mycorrhizal colonization flexibility based on ecosystem type mentioned in the description
Test trait associations between plant species and mycorrhizal colonization based on the provided species-level data
Reproduce ecological analyses and figures using the included R scripts for data preparation and community analysis
Strengths
Data is provided in accessible CSV, R, and TXT formats with a detailed README.
Includes supplementary R scripts enabling full reproducibility of the manuscript's main analyses and figures.
Covers a survey of ecosystems across two continents (Europe and North America).
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
Row count is unknown, which may limit suitability assessment.
