Amtrak customer on-time performance data tracks the percentage of customers arriving at their detraining stations on time. The dataset defines lateness differently for Acela trains (over 10 minutes late) versus Northeast Regional or State-Supported trains (over 15 minutes late). It is reported monthly by Amtrak in Host Railroad Reports.
License is U.S. Public Domain (us-pd). Pre-FY 2018 data uses a different calculation method (percentage of total train arrivals weighted equally) than later data (percentage of customers arriving on time).
