Global Monthly Gridded Sea Surface pCO2 and Air-Sea CO2 Flux from 1982

Global ocean data at 1°x1° resolution provides monthly observation-based pCO2 fields and derived air-sea CO2 fluxes from 1982 onward. The product was created by NOAA using a two-step neural network method trained on SOCAT v2022 observations. It includes a monthly climatology calculated from the average of the period 1985 to present.
