Municipal Health Management Tools from Santa Catarina, Brazil (2014-2017)

From 2014 to 2017, this dataset analyzes the structure and timeliness of mandatory health management tools from municipalities in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. It covers 288 Municipal Health Plans, 136 of which had the minimum required structure, and 248 Annual Health Reports from 2017.
