Engineered bacterial outer membrane vesicles were designed to penetrate the blood-brain barrier for glioblastoma treatment. The dataset, authored by Pir Tariq Shah and last updated in April 2026, includes research documents detailing in vitro BBB model results and in vivo imaging from orthotopic GBM models. Results show accelerated brain accumulation within 2–4 hours and sustained retention for 6 hours post-injection.
Primary file formats are DOCX and PDF, requiring appropriate software for viewing. The 3.3 MB size indicates it is a small research document dataset.
