Molecular and Taxonomic Data for Antarctic Marine Nematodes and Microbiomes

ANT LIA provides the first large-scale molecular investigation of marine nematodes from the Eastern Antarctic continental shelf. The dataset combines classical microscopy with modern -omics tools to assess biodiversity, evolutionary origins, and host-associated microbiomes. The project is led by AMD_USAPDC and is scheduled for completion by June 2026.
