Metabolic Pathway Database For Southern Ocean Haptophyte Phaeocystis Antarctica

One Pathway/Genome Database (PGDB) project aims to map all reactions in key metabolic pathways for the Southern Ocean haptophyte Phaeocystis antarctica. The project, led by AMD_USAPDC and hosted on BioCyc, was last updated in April 2015. It represents the first such database for a eukaryotic phytoplankton genome, enabling queries of metabolic networks.
