Description
The Aquafin CRC Salmon Project monthly monitoring dataset was collected by CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research and the Tasmanian Aquaculture and Fisheries Institute. It contains water quality measurements from 11 sites in the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and Huon Estuary from September 2004 to October 2005, with a gap in May and July 2005. Samples were collected for nutrients, phytoplankton identification, chlorophyll, carotenoid pigments, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen at multiple depths.
