Seasonal sea surface density maps derived from the Aquarius/SAC-D satellite mission's final public data release. This dataset provides gridded estimates at 1-degree spatial resolution, calculated using TEOS-10 standards from retrieved salinity and collocated sea surface temperature. The mission was a collaboration between NASA and Argentina's CONAE, using a three-radiometer instrument with a 370 km swath to measure brightness temperature at 1.413 GHz.
