Modeled Antarctic Moss Health Map At 3-Centimeter Resolution

ASPA135 Modeled Moss Health is a geospatial dataset representing moss health as a percentage derived from multi-sensor UAS data. AU_AADC collected the data in February 2014 over a designated Antarctic moss bed. The output is a single-band floating-point raster file with 3 cm spatial resolution.

Use Cases

• Model spatial correlation between moss health percentage and micro-topographic features using the georeferenced pixel grid.
