Autonomous Reef Monitoring Structures (ARMS) deployed at coral reef sites in Batangas, Philippines from March 2012 to June 2015 collected cryptic marine invertebrates. The data were collected by the NOAA Coral Reef Ecosystem Program (CREP) using a standardized method with three ARMS units per site. Collected organisms were processed into size fractions for morphospecies sorting and preserved for DNA analysis.
Data is in PDF format; DNA sequence data is described as pending publication in a separate record.
