Description
AuxSolidMath is a collection of 3,018 solid geometry problems sourced from real high school examination papers. The dataset includes a curated benchmark, GeoAuxBench, with 302 examples split into Easy (150) and Hard (152) difficulty levels to evaluate a model's ability to construct auxiliary lines. It was created by author 'shasha' and last updated on October 13, 2025.
Use Cases
Benchmarking AI models on auxiliary line construction based on the GeoAuxBench subset.
Training geometry solvers on a corpus of 3,018 real-world high school exam problems.
Analyzing problem difficulty distributions using the Easy and Hard annotations.
Developing educational tools for teaching complex geometry concepts.
Strengths
Contains 3,018 real-world problems providing a substantial corpus.
Includes a dedicated benchmark (GeoAuxBench) of 302 examples for focused evaluation.
Problems are annotated with difficulty levels (150 Easy, 152 Hard).
Sourced from actual high school examination papers, ensuring practical relevance.
