Annual Crop Distribution Maps for Xinjiang, China from 2013 to 2024

A 30 m Multi-Year Dataset of Major Crop Distributions in Xinjiang, China (2013–2024) provides annual maps of crop types across Xinjiang. The maps were generated by Qixiang Liang using Harmonized Landsat–Sentinel-2 data and a Random Forest classifier on Google Earth Engine. The dataset covers 12 years and includes eight thematic classes such as cotton, maize, wheat, and rice.
