Hydroxylated GDGTs in 65 Asian Lakes for Terrestrial Paleotemperature Calibration

Hydroxylated isoprenoid GDGT (OH-GDGT) measurements from surface sediments of 65 lakes in West China, compiled with published global lake and marine data. The dataset was created by Jie Wu of Delft University of Technology to develop the first global RI-OH temperature calibration for lakes. It addresses the overestimation of temperatures when using marine calibrations in lacustrine settings.
