218 mathematics teachers participated in a STREAM-based professional development program, with data collected on their AI-TPACK subscale scores, demographics, self-efficacy, and metaphor category distributions. This anonymized, aggregate-level quantitative dataset supports research on teacher perceptions and competency development regarding artificial intelligence in education. The data originates from a TÜBİTAK-funded project in Turkey, with individual qualitative data excluded for privacy compliance.
