Gigantochloa levis Transcriptome Assembly via Optimized RNA Extraction

A 1.4 GB transcriptomic resource for the bamboo species Gigantochloa levis, generated by MOHAMMAD RAHMAT DERISE and last updated in May 2026. High-quality RNA was extracted from leaf, shoot, and stem tissues using a modified protocol and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. The de novo assembly was performed with Trinity and refined with CD-HIT-EST, with BUSCO analysis indicating high transcriptome completeness.
