195 university students from Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, and South Korea judged the ethics of using generative AI in programming assignments. Their responses to eight scenario-based survey questions show systematic cross-country variation in academic integrity expectations. The dataset, authored by Irina Zlotnikova and last updated in May 2026, is available under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
