182 Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from bovine feces across 13 Chinese provinces underwent antimicrobial susceptibility testing and whole-genome sequencing. The data reveals 54.95% imipenem resistance, 84 acquired resistance gene families, and 67 distinct sequence types (STs), with 72 isolates forming four inter-provincial transmission clusters based on a core-genome SNP threshold.
