Hydrogeochemistry and Microbial Data from Chlorinated Groundwater Sites in Taiwan

73 samples collected from March to August 2019 document hydrogeochemical conditions, VOC concentrations, and microbial community composition across three chlorinated solvent-contaminated groundwater sites in Taiwan.
