Description
From November 2023 to July 2024, 2,800 respiratory specimens were collected from patients in Quzhou, Eastern China, to study acute respiratory infections post-COVID-19. The dataset, authored by Rui-jun Yang and shared on figshare, reports detection results for 13 common pathogens, including influenza virus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, with an overall positivity rate of 59.28%. It includes case information for 1,960 influenza-like illness and 840 severe acute respiratory infection cases.
