Transcriptomic Data for Bladder Cancer Chemoradiotherapy Resistance Study

Processed transcriptomic data supporting a study on ferroptosis and resistance to bladder-preserving chemoradiotherapy in muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The repository contains TPM-normalized bulk RNA-seq expression data and clinical annotations from pretreatment tumor specimens. Data were collected from patients treated at Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University and collaborating institutions.
