472.7Mb and 427.2Mb chromosome-level genome assemblies for Lupinus cosentinii and Lupinus digitatus, produced by HAOMIN LYU and last updated in April 2026. The assemblies were created by re-assembling prior versions to correct structural errors identified via LTR retrotransposon density profiling. BUSCO completeness scores for the assemblies exceed 98.5%.
