Household Water Security Survey and Interviews from Dodoma, Tanzania

Dodoma, Tanzania is the focus of this mixed-methods dataset examining urban water security and resilience. It contains three components: a quantitative survey of 500 households conducted via CATI in January 2024, qualitative interviews with seven stakeholder bodies from October-December 2022 and three drilling companies in September 2024, and a qualitative survey of 54 households across four wards in November 2023. The data was collected by researcher Adrian Healy as part of an academic research project on precarious water in Sub-Saharan African cities.
