XJ-MC30 is a 30-meter resolution annual crop type dataset covering the Xinjiang region of China from 2000 to 2025. The dataset, created by Lichang Yin, maps seven major crops using the Phenology-Aware Temporal-Consistency framework trained on Landsat imagery and polygon annotations. It comprises 26 years of single-band GeoTIFF files with an overall accuracy of approximately 0.80 against field samples.
Data is provided in single-band GeoTIFF format (8‑bit unsigned integer) requiring GIS or remote sensing software for analysis. License is CC-BY-4.0.
