A retrospective analysis of 57 adult patients with steroid-naïve asthma who underwent oscillometry at baseline and after 12 weeks of inhaled corticosteroid–based therapy. The dataset, authored by Osamu Matsuno and last updated in 2026, compares percentage changes in oscillometric parameters between patient groups stratified by baseline peripheral blood eosinophil count. It was used to investigate whether baseline eosinophil levels predict early changes in airway mechanics.
