January-February 2011 survey collected over 1800 high-resolution still images of the Antarctic sea floor from 75 successful camera deployments. The dataset provides a post-calving benchmark for monitoring physical, chemical, and biological changes in the Mertz Glacier region. Images document benthic community composition and substrate type to enhance understanding of Antarctic marine biodiversity.
