Quarterly updated sensor counts from 21 locations along the Elizabeth River Trail and Norfolk bike lanes. The dataset records daily Bike Count and Pedestrian Count figures, collected by the City of Norfolk via Eco-Counter and Roadsys systems. Eco-Counter data begins in April 2019, while Roadsys data starts in April 2021.
