Quarterly financial data detailing appropriation transfers extracted from the City of Chicago's Financial Management and Purchasing System (FMPS). The dataset is published by the Office of Budget and Management as a companion to the Quarterly Transfer Report and is updated on the first business day of every third month. Data includes columns for FUND TYPE, APPROPRIATION SERIES, PARENT COST CENTER, DEPARTMENT, TRANSFER AMOUNT, and TRANSFER DATE.
