Built-up Areas in England and Wales, 2011 Census Boundaries

Digital vector boundaries for built-up areas in England and Wales as of 27 March 2011. The boundaries are generalised and created using an automated approach based on 50m grid squares, and include a field indicating areas with 10,000 or more usual residents. This dataset is produced by the Office for National Statistics and was updated in June 2017.
