Built-up Areas Boundaries for England and Wales, 2011 Census

Digital vector boundaries for built-up areas in England and Wales as of the 27 March 2011 Census. The boundaries are generalised and created using an automated approach based on 50m grid squares. This dataset is provided by the Office for National Statistics and was updated in June 2017 to include a field indicating areas with 10,000 or more usual residents.
